Ether Solutions' standard hours are between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, however we are flexible and happy to discuss any bespoke support requirements.
Having taken on a number of clients with systems established by other suppliers, our first priority is to ensure the system is fully audited, documented and (where appropriate) replicated using VM Ware technology.
Where previous suppliers have not provided detailed documentation this can be a reassuring and useful step for both parties to ensure the best quality of Support Services.

Ether Solutions operate a dedicated support desk from its offices in Aylesbury. All support incidents are logged and assigned to the support team who are able to draw on the knowledge from the consultants and their experience of undertaking activities at client sites.
